Re/Max of Longmont lays the foundation for the future.

LONGMONT – After 27 years of being in the business of helping others relocate, RE/MAX of Longmont, Inc., Longmont’s Leader in Real Estate is making some huge changes.

Aside from the obvious “pride of ownership” factor in owning our own building, much thought has gone into an even more radical change. Because our industry has changed so much over the past two decades, mostly driven by rapid advances in technology, we have decided to change our name and create a building that is functional for the needs of our clients and our agents!

The New Year is a great time for new changes, so RE/MAX of Longmont, Inc., will become RE/MAX TRADITIONS, INC. January of 2006! This has been a difficult decision- working for 27 years to build a name synonymous with integrity, expertise and service is a lot to relinquish. The name RE/MAX Traditions, Inc., however, reflects an earned reputation, guaranteeing that all of that will continue. We now service Boulder, Weld, Larimer, Jefferson, Adams Counties in addition to our to our concentration on the Longmont market. We continue to stay educated, work hard for our clients in Longmont and surrounding areas, and take pride in what we have achieved. We effectively utilize state of the art technology and old-fashioned work ethic. There will be no change of personnel, no change of ownership/management, and no change of professionalism or results. The only change will be our name and address!

A New Home
Construction of the new building began in late May 2005 and we hope to move in February 2006. The intent is for the building to feel like home with warm wood tones and comfortable furniture. It will house our staff, teams of agents, individual agents and their assistants. In addition to office space, the new location will house 2 comfortable conference rooms, an area for home-shoppers to surf homes on the Internet without pressure to purchase but with assistance available, and a state-of-the-art training/media room. Our clients deserve more, demand more and we are anticipating their needs by providing “above the crowd” service.

The grand opening is tentatively scheduled for April 2006 when the public will be invited to share in our excitement with prizes, giveaways, entertainment and more. The event will reflect our commitment the community and our clients.
